Thank you for ordering from APAX GEAR.

Use this page to understand how tracking works, when tracking updates appear, and what to do if your package is delayed, delivered separately, or marked as delivered but not received.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number or tracking link.

To track your order:

Open your shipping confirmation email from APAX GEAR.
Click the tracking link provided in the email.
Follow the carrier updates until your package is delivered.

Please allow 2–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking updates to appear. Some carriers may take time to scan the package into their system, especially during international transit or carrier handoff.

Tracking Not Updating Yet?

If your tracking number shows no movement, says “label created,” or has not updated for a few days, this usually means the package is still moving through early processing, warehouse transfer, customs handoff, or carrier scanning.

Tracking delays do not always mean the package is lost.

Please allow a few business days for the tracking system to refresh before contacting support.

Order Processing vs. Shipping

After you place an order, your order first goes through processing. Processing includes order verification, supplier confirmation, packing, and shipment preparation.

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Multiple Items May Ship Separately

Some APAX GEAR orders may arrive in more than one package.

This can happen when your order includes multiple products, bundles, or items fulfilled from different warehouse locations. If one item arrives before the others, it does not necessarily mean anything is missing.

You may receive separate tracking numbers for different items in the same order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, warehouse location, carrier, destination, customs processing, weather, and peak shipping periods.

For most U.S. orders, estimated delivery is typically 7–20 business days after processing.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Package Marked Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking says the package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check:

Your mailbox
Front door, porch, garage, or side entrance
Building lobby, mailroom, reception desk, or package room
Household members
Neighbors
Local carrier office

Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before the final drop-off is completed. In some cases, the package may arrive within the next 24–48 hours.

If you still cannot locate your package after checking these areas, contact us and we will help review the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

APAX GEAR is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
