Welcome to APAX GEAR. We run a clean camp here: honest gear, honest policies, clear expectations.

By accessing our website, browsing, or purchasing anything from APAX GEAR, you are stepping into an agreement with us under these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order. Simple as that.

1. Overview

APAX GEAR (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website apaxgr.com (the “Site”) and provides outdoor, camping, tactical, EDC, and home/outdoor products (collectively, the “Products”).

Using the Site in any way—visiting, browsing, creating an account, or placing an order—means you accept these Terms and our:

These documents work together. Think of them as your gear list for how APAX GEAR operates.

2. Online Store Terms

By using our Site and/or purchasing from us, you confirm that:

You are at least the age of majority in your state/country of residence, or
You have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Site and place orders.

You may not use our Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright, data, or export laws).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason, at any time—especially in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Site.

3. Account Registration & Security

You may be able to create an account to make checkout easier and track orders. If you do:

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We are not responsible for losses caused by someone else using your account with or without your permission. Guard it like you guard your best gear.

4. Product Information, Availability & Pricing

We do our best to present Products as clearly and accurately as possible:

Descriptions & Images: Colors, dimensions, and details may vary slightly depending on screens, manufacturers, and batches.
Availability: Certain Products may be limited or discontinued without prior notice.
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time.

If we discover an error in pricing, description, or availability, we reserve the right to:

Correct the error and
Cancel or refund any order placed under incorrect information.

We will not be obligated to honor prices or details that are clearly erroneous, even if an order confirmation has been sent.

5. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

Placing an order is your way of saying, “Yes, I want this.” Our acceptance happens when we confirm and begin processing the order.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason.
Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order (especially in cases of suspected reselling or misuse).

If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

You are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping, billing, and contact information. If your package goes astray because of incorrect details, we cannot be held responsible.

6. Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

You are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
The information provided is accurate and complete.

You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.

If a payment fails, is declined, or is later reversed, we may:

Cancel your order, and/or
Require alternate payment before processing future orders.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We partner with various carriers and fulfillment centers (including international and, where possible, US-based warehouses) to deliver your gear.

Shipping Times: Estimates shown are just that—estimates. Weather, customs, and carrier delays can happen.
Customs & Duties: For international orders, additional customs fees or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk of Loss: Risk passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier. Once it’s on the way, it is physically in their hands, though we will help where we can in case of issues.

8. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident in your gear.

All returns and refunds are handled according to our separate Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you’ve had the chance to review that policy.

9. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

From time to time, we may offer:

Discount codes
Promotions or bundles
Gift cards or store credit

These may be subject to additional terms, including:

Expiry dates
Minimum purchase requirements
Limits per customer or per order

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time, including in cases of misuse, technical errors, or fraud.

10. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Site or our Products:

For any unlawful purpose
To solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws
To infringe upon our or others’ intellectual property rights

If you misuse the Site or Products, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice.

All content on the Site—including logos, branding, graphics, text, images, video, layout, and design—is the property of APAX GEAR or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or its content without our prior written consent.

12. User Content (Reviews, Photos, etc.)

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, suggestions, or other content (“User Content”), you agree that:

You own the content or have the right to submit it.
It does not infringe any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
It is not unlawful, abusive, obscene, or hateful.

By submitting User Content, you grant APAX GEAR a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with our business (including marketing and advertising), in any media.

We may remove any User Content at our sole discretion.

13. Third-Party Services & Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or use services (such as payment gateways, analytics, or fulfillment partners) that we do not control.

We are not responsible for:

The content, policies, or actions of third-party sites or services.
Any damage or loss caused by or in connection with your use of such third-party services.

We encourage you to read the terms and policies of any third-party service you interact with.

14. Disclaimers

Your gear should be strong; your expectations should be realistic.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Site and all Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We do not warrant that the quality of any Products, services, information, or other material obtained by you will meet your expectations beyond what is reasonably described.

You use the Site and Products at your own risk. Always use common sense, proper safety procedures, and follow manufacturer instructions.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APAX GEAR, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or goodwill
Any injury or damage resulting from the use or misuse of our Products or Site

In any case, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability. In those cases, these limitations will apply to the maximum extent permitted.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless APAX GEAR and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of:

Your breach of these Terms, or
Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any Product shall, in the first instance, be attempted to be resolved amicably. If not resolved, it shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Israel, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top.

Changes take effect when posted on the Site.
Your continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, your choice is simple: stop using the Site and do not place further orders.
