At APAX GEAR, we build and ship practical readiness gear for the road, the storm, travel, outdoor use, and everyday preparedness. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered when you purchase from apaxgr.com.

1. Order Processing Time

After your order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible.

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time includes order verification, supplier confirmation, packing, and shipment preparation.

During high-volume periods, sales events, holidays, carrier delays, or severe weather, processing may take longer than usual.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery windows may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, regional disruptions, peak-volume periods, or other factors outside our direct control.

Some items may arrive sooner, while others may take longer depending on the product, warehouse location, supplier, and carrier route.

3. Free U.S. Delivery

APAX GEAR currently offers Free U.S. Delivery on every order. This applies to eligible orders shipping to addresses within the United States.

Shipping costs for countries outside the United States, when available, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. International Shipping

We ship only to countries that are available at checkout. If your country does not appear as an available shipping option during checkout, we are not currently shipping there.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by APAX GEAR and are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages. This can happen when products are fulfilled from different warehouses, suppliers, or shipping locations.

If your items arrive separately, this does not mean anything is missing. You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after it is issued. Some carriers may show limited tracking updates during early transit or international handoff.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address. APAX GEAR is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, some delivery variables are outside our control.

If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:

  • Around your delivery area
  • With household members
  • With neighbors
  • Your building office, mailroom, front desk, or local carrier office

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will review the situation.

APAX GEAR is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to help you investigate the issue with the carrier.

9. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, unpaid customs charges, or inability to receive the package, we will review the order once the package is returned to the appropriate facility.

Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

11. Returns

Returns must be requested before sending anything back. Please do not send products back without contacting us first; unannounced returns may be delayed or rejected. APAX’s current return process asks customers to contact support with their name, order number, item, and return reason, then wait for return instructions.
